Job Description - Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Dollar General is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a similar role, ready to take on a mid-to-senior level position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat platform, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our customers.


Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages from customers in a timely and accurate manner - Manage a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience - Implement best practices for chat communication and customer service - Oversee the performance of the web chat platform and make recommendations for enhancements - Provide training and support to new chat agents as needed


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills - Excellent analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat platforms - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
