Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via web chat. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Leadership abilities. 4. Passion for helping customers and solving problems. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms.
