Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Web Chat Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Independent and driven personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and research skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask. 6. Familiarity with web chat software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
