Genesis Energy is seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Officer in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service and digital communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with problem-solving - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and problem resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while working in a fast-paced environment - Meet set KPIs and performance targets to contribute to overall team success

Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual with a strong desire to learn and grow - Possess creativity and strong decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms - Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
