Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a confident and dedicated Web Chat Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time role with entry-level seniority, this position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries. 2. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell additional services such as seat upgrades or travel insurance. 3. Conduct research to accurately address customer queries and provide relevant information. 4. Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Strong persuasion skills to promote additional services to customers. 4. Research skills to quickly find solutions and accurate information. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
