Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Officer at Western Union in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and transactions through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and assist with transactions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other computer applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
