Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Discover Financial Services is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Utilize strategic planning and creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Strong organizational and time management skills
