Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work efficiently in a remote work environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Availability to work part-time hours - Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace at home
