Web Chat Representative

Murphy USA, a leading retail company in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field and possess the personality traits of reliability and confidence. Additionally, the candidate should have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay updated on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 7. Reliable and confident personality traits.
