Job Description:
Cincinnati Financial is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As part of our growing company, the Remote Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to answer questions, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns. 2. Demonstrate a confident and driven attitude when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. 3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and respond promptly to customer inquiries. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs and find solutions. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and analysis. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident personality and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members and other departments. 5. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing customer needs.
