Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively through web chat. 2. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 3. Handling customer complaints and providing solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple chat conversations. 4. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools.
