Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Fletcher Building, a leading construction and building materials company, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
