Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at CBS in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time position is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. 5. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while interacting with customers. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners as needed. 7. Work independently to manage a high volume of chat inquiries. 8. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5.
