Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Web Chat Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on financial products and services. Additionally, you will need to be able to adapt to changing customer needs and use strategic planning to effectively communicate with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable and driven, with a strong ability to adapt to different situations. They will possess excellent communication skills and have a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information on financial products and services - Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to problems - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and driven personality traits - Adaptability and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
