Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

CBRE Group is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to work from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in typing and multitasking - Strong negotiation skills - Effective planning abilities - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
