Eastman Chemical is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Representative to work from home in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize company resources to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions for reference purposes.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong planning and time management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
