Web Chat Representative - Work from home

MetLife is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that meet both the customer's needs and company objectives - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and promote customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Must be adaptable and able to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
