Terex is seeking a motivated and confident Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and strategically - Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of web chat platforms and technology
