Web Chat Specialist

The Web Chat Specialist at Lam Research in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, is an entry-level part-time position responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and assistance. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
