Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer inquiries - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Proactively identify trends or patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent cooperation and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions with customers
