Cin7 is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat communication - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize resources to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with planning and executing web chat campaigns - Continuously improve knowledge and skills to better serve customers
Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems - Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
