Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Priceline Group in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a high level of independence and drive to succeed in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance with booking inquiries, account management, and general support. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication platforms. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong cooperation and people management skills. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing virtual work environment.
