Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our web chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general support - Work independently to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Utilize presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Proficient in web chat platforms and customer service software - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Equal attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with team members - Availability to work part-time hours in Wellington, NZ
