Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time employee with entry-level seniority, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Utilize innovative solutions to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve processes - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely support - Continuously learn and adapt to new technology and tools to enhance the web chat experience for customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and technology advancements - Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer interactions and improve processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with computer systems and web-based applications
