Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at LKQ in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance targets set by management

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies or systems - Driven to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations - Leadership skills to take charge of challenging situations and drive positive outcomes - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
