Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent
