Old Republic International is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to work from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals who possess excellent presentation skills and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information, assistance, and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. 3. Utilize chat software and other tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues. 4. Collect and record relevant information from chat interactions to improve customer service strategies. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask. 4. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup. 5. Ability to work independently and meet established performance goals. 6. Comfortable using chat software and other online communication tools. 7. Presentation skills and attention to detail are essential.
