Job Description:
MYOB, a leading accounting and business management software provider, is seeking a Support Assistant for remote work in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience. We are looking for confident and energetic individuals who possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to MYOB software products. 3. Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. 5. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the support team. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product changes and updates.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 3. Proficiency in using support tools and software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently. 6. Confidence and enthusiasm for helping customers solve problems. 7. Experience in project management is a plus.
