Job Description:
As a Support Representative at Hanesbrands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Processing orders and returns accurately - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and workflows - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and confident personality traits - Soft skills in communication and innovation - Comfortable with remote work and technology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work part-time hours
