Support Specialist - Remote Work

Contact Energy is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Support Specialist working remotely in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services - Work closely with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement within the support process - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
