Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Navistar International is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a remote work opportunity for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have - Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions - Capture and record customer data accurately in our systems - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with web-based chat platforms and customer service software - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
