Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a confident and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolve any issues - Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent messaging - Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of customer service
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting - Confidence in interacting with customers and providing support through online channels - Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and meeting performance goals - Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and support a unified approach to customer service - Problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues and provide solutions - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools
