WellCare Health Plans is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate for remote work in Wellington, NZ. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strategic planning to address customer concerns and provide accurate information on health plans and services. 3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions. 4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients. 5. Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we will provide full training and support. 2. Hardworking attitude and resilience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strategic planning skills to address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
