Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize innovative solutions to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality service delivery. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 3. Ability to think creatively and implement innovative strategies to improve the customer experience. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
