Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

As a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web chat platform to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor web chat conversations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to increase chatbot efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into overall customer service processes. - Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service experiences. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management. - Proven experience in implementing and optimizing web chat platforms. - Strong problem-solving and creativity skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Resilient and hardworking attitude. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
