Job Description:

Parrot Analytics, a leading global data science company in the entertainment industry, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor all web chat interactions with customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience through web chat. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide solutions. 4. Analyze web chat data and identify trends to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Develop and maintain web chat scripts and templates for consistent communication. 6. Train and onboard new team members on web chat best practices and guidelines. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Creativity and strategic planning abilities. 5. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in web chat software and customer relationship management tools. 8. Availability to work part-time during flexible hours.
