Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kelly Services is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently through web chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or remote work role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in using web chat software and other online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
