Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team at EMC. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs - Use persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of emotional intelligence - Persuasive communication skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
