Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Our Resource team, schedule our support workers to client visits.
Based in Epsom, in the future will be moving to Penrose, this permanent part-time role will see you providing afterhours support to meet the changing needs of our clients and staff. Our afterhours team operate 7 days a week, and we’re currently looking to fill the Saturday 6.30am - 3pm option, with other days available if there is absence in the team.

Due to the nature of this role and those we support, having reliable and client focused people in our team is absolutely essential. In addition, we are looking for:
Ensuring our clients feel reassured they are getting the best level of assistance when they contact us is vital and very rewarding – but it is not suited to everybody. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure, therefore a level of personal resilience is needed. Above all, you will be patient, friendly, and have a genuine desire to help others.
