Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at J.C. Penney. This is a remote part-time position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns - Analyze and report on key performance indicators to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Passion for achieving outstanding results and exceeding expectations
