Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at CSX. This is a remote work position based in Auckland, NZ, and is part-time with the potential for growth within the company. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution - Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI metrics - Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote setting - Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
