Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Health Net is seeking a reliable and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote Health Net services and products - Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and other promotions - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials - Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous experience in healthcare or insurance marketing is a plus - Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
