Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is currently seeking a confident and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our remote team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Freddie Mac's products and services. 2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. 4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 5. Help in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. 6. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 7. Experience with project management and organization.
