Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a resourceful and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing or related role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and social media posts - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns - Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Negotiation skills to secure partnerships and promotions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
