Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Steel Dynamics, a leading steel manufacturing company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, is seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Marketing Assistant at Steel Dynamics, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks including market research, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and campaign analytics. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns - Manage email marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels - Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating events and promotions - Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign data to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
