Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Discover Financial Services is seeking a passionate and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of marketing experience and possess strong strategic planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage social media content and campaigns - Support the marketing team in coordinating events and promotions - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Passion for marketing and staying current on industry trends
