Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Old Republic International is seeking a highly motivated Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for a marketing professional with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing who is looking to take their career to the next level. As an Associate Level role, the Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that promote our brand and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. 2. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 3. Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies. 5. Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge and effective. 6. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing efforts. 7. Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. 4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Resilient and driven attitude to tackle challenges and drive results. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills. 7. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
