Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Baxalta in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for all things digital.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for social media, email marketing, and website - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools - Help manage the company's online presence and reputation - Support the planning and execution of digital events and promotions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
