Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Dollar General in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a part-time Associate level role, you will be responsible for helping to drive our digital marketing efforts and campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and increase brand awareness - Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Dollar General remains competitive

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
