Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Lincoln National, a leading insurance company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and advertising - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and independent personality traits - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively
